Invigorating The Kidney And Resolving Phlegm Tongjing Decoction In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Type Adolescent Amenorrhea Clinical Observation

Objective:Observation of invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm-the soup (with experience of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type) treated adolescent amenorrhea clinical efficacy, and to explore its possible mechanism of action, so as to traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of adolescent amenorrhea provide new clinical evidences.Method:The cases were collected from Wuhan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in2010March-20110ctober gynecological outpatients and inpatients, according to case inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, selected60cases as observed in a case, all patients diagnosed by the clinic for adolescent patients with amenorrhea, TCM syndrome of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type, endocrine hormone assay for functional hypothalamic amenorrhea in patients with Western medicine. The patients were randomly divided into two groups,30cases in each group. The treatment group by Tonifying the kidney and resolving phlegm to dredging Decoction in treating, a dose of daily water decoction, decoction of200ml,2minutes later. Control group was treated with Chinese medicine Dingkun Dan treatment, oral, a half a pill,2times a day. The two groups were already3menstrual cycles for a course of treatment. Each medication after a course of treatment were compared between the two groups medicine clinical efficacy, were observed on FSH, LH, E2effects, BBT changes, the medication process and no side effect, and the results analyzed, in order to observe the traditional Chinese medicine experience of the clinical efficacy and safety of.Results:1. Comparison of the clinical efficacy of treatment group were treated with Tonifying the kidney and resolving phlegm:dredging decoction,11cases were cured (36%),6cases (20%), effective in11cases (36%), invalid in2cases (6%), the total efficiency of93.33%. The control group adopted Dingkun Dan treatment,7cases were cured (23%),8cases (26%), effective in7cases (23%), invalid in8cases (26%), the total efficiency of73.33%. By statistical analysis, comparison of curative effect between the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group was superior to control group.2. two group of symptom integral comparison:before treatment, two patients symptom integral no significant difference (P>0.05), comparable to. After treatment, two patients symptom integral than before treatment were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), after treatment between two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), two groups of patients with single effect of TCM total efficiency comparison, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05), two groups of on the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine medicine has obvious curative effect, but the treatment group was superior to control group. 3. Before and after treatment, serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), serum estradiol (E2) to improve the situation analysis:from clinical studies, compared with before treatment in two groups after the treatment of FSH, LH value than before are improved, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); after the treatment in two groups of patients with FSH, LH level had no statistical difference (P>0.05). Two groups of patients before and after treatment, serum estradiol (E2) of water increased, compared the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after the treatment between the two groups patients with serum E2levels had no significant statistical difference (P>0.05). Show two groups of drugs are able to make significant decrease of FSH, LH, E2increased4. Analysis of correlation between treatment group:treatment group curative effect comparison of different course group, there were significant differences (P<0.05). Description of the clinical course and outcome have significant correlation, the shorter the disease course, the better. Comparison of curative effect between different courses of treatment group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05). Descriptions of course on the efficacy of the drug effect, duration is longer, the better curative effect.5. Drug adverse reactions were observed during the smell, in two groups of patients in clinical treatment did not occur with therapeutic drug related obvious toxic side effect and adverse reaction, no statistical significance (P’0.05).Conclusion:The treatment group and the control group by Decoction of invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm Dingkun Dan, in the treatment of adolescent amenorrhea (kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type), it can obtain better effect, the total curative effect, the treatment group was superior to control group. Improvement of traditional Chinese medicine from the point of view, the treatment group compared with the control group, but also obviously improve TCM symptoms and signs. From the improvement of hormone level, two groups of drugs on hormone level have certain effect, can reduce FSH, LH, E2improve. From a security perspective, two groups of patients during treatment showed no adverse reaction, visible by Tonifying the kidney and resolving phlegm dredging Decoction in the treatment of the disease, good safety, little side effect, it is worthy of clinical application. May result from the observation samples from patients with few observations, time is not long, still need to be collected more case observation, pay a return visit to clear.
