The Practice And Application Of Freehand Brushwork In The Creation Of Southern Flower And Bird Paintings

Chinese flower and bird painting is one of the three major painting branches.It has been an important part of Chinese painting since ancient times.The images in Chinese flowers and birds are not simply two kinds of objects:flowers and birds.In a broad sense,all kinds of animals and plants,flowers,fruits and vegetables,feathers,grass and insects,birds and so on are the description images of Chinese flower and bird paintings.With the development of flower and bird painting,the painting method of flower and bird painting has gradually formed,which is no more than "meticulous","freehand" and "part-time work with writing".Previous works of flower and bird painting are fruitful.How to inherit and carry forward Chinese flower and bird painting and innovate from the old is a problem worthy of attention and consideration of the current society.The idea in Chinese flower and bird paintings is usually closely related to the author's personal emotional pursuit.Chinese flower and bird paintings are heavy in shape but not limited in shape.It is not to describe for the sake of description,nor to copy the nature like a picture.In the picture of Chinese flower and bird painting,the animals and plants often depicted are closely connected with the author's life experience,thoughts and emotions.Therefore,the creation of flower and bird paintings can reflect the author's inner thoughts and pursuitChinese flower and bird paintings are mostly influenced by the region,and have their own characteristics in content and style.In the process of artistic creation,if we can accurately grasp the regional characteristics of each region,it is of great significance for the thinking of artistic works and the cultivation of independent creative thinking.In my daily study life,the author found that freehand brushwork is very consistent with the expression technique and spiritual implication of southern characteristic flowers and plants.The purpose of this paper is to study the previous art creation and development process,take the internal relationship between "freehand" painting and southern flower and bird painting as the core of the paper,analyze the deep relationship between painting and flower and bird painting in depth,and analyze the mutual dependence relationship between southern flower and bird painting and freehand painting in spiritual level.Under the background of the new era,we should publicize and promote the regional flower and bird paintings with southern characteristics.
