In recent years,with the continuous warming up of the phenomenon of "Chinese culture fever",more and more foreign friends began to join in the team of learning Chinese.The teaching of Chinese as a foreign language culture has been paid more and more attention by the academic community.It has become a new trend to introduce the regional culture into the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.The combination of regional culture and teaching Chinese as a foreign language is not only beneficial to eliminate students' strangeness and fear of foreign environment,reduce cross-cultural communication barriers,promote students' Chinese learning,but also promote the spread of local regional culture and enhance the international influence of regional culture.China has a vast territory,a large population,different regions have their own unique regional culture,so the introduction of regional culture in TCFL needs to be analyzed according to the local cultural characteristics.As the representative culture of Lingnan area,Cantonese culture has a long history and rich resources.It is famous at home and abroad for its "food culture" and has great application value in TCFL.However,the research on introducing Cantonese culture into TCFL is relatively weak at present.There is still a lot of research space.Therefore,this paper takes Cantonese culture as the research object,Combining Cantonese culture with oral Chinese teaching for the first time.Based on the questionnaire analysis of "the current situation of the introduction of Cantonese culture in the teaching of oral Chinese as a foreign language",the author sums up the existing problems in the current teaching of the introduction of Cantonese culture into oral Chinese,which mainly includes three aspects: the single way of teaching introduction,the lack of Cantonese culture materials for foreign students,and the lack of guidance of teaching theory in the introduction of Cantonese culture into classroom.Based on the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and teaching cases,this paper attempts to introduce the Cantonese food culture into the oral class,aiming at the actual situation of the students in the College of international education of Guangzhou University,and makes a preliminary exploration to highlight the regional characteristics of the Cantonese culture.On this basis,it puts forward the methods of integrating the Cantonese cultural resources,selecting the teaching topics and adopting a diversified introduction In order toprovide some reference for the introduction of regional culture into the oral Chinese class in the future,we should compile the auxiliary teaching materials for foreign students and adjust the proportion of introduction according to the correlation between the content of the text and the culture of Cantonese.
