The entry of foreign companies into China has significantly increased the number of foreign employees in China.In order to work and live better,these employees use their spare time to learn Chinese.The existing research results on the teaching of spoken Chinese as a foreign language are mainly aimed at the students in school and cannot be copied completely when teaching on-the-job employees in China.However,at present,the academic research on Chinese teaching of in-service staff mainly focuses on the non-target language environment,and the reach on Chinese teaching of in-service staff in the target languange environment is almost blank,and no systematic research results have been formed.The importance and urgency of exploring teaching methods suitable for Chinese spoken language teaching of foreign employees in China are increasingly prominent.Regarding the Xi ’an Samsung engineering preliminary spoken Chinese class in 2018 as the research object,this paper investigates the teaching situation of elementary spoken Chinese of samsung engineering in the form of questionnaire,and combined with the feedback of previous teachers,it finds some problems of students.The language problem is mainly manifested in four aspects: in terms of speech,the "f" is made "p","zh ch sh" and "zcs" are confused,"l" and "r" are confused with each other,and the pronunciation of "ü" is not in place.The pronunciation of the tone is not accurate,especially the two tones of Yangping and Shangsheng;in terms of vocabulary,it is easy to mix Chinese words with Korean words of the same or similar meaning in Korean,the quantifiers are not well mastered,and they prefer to use "one" instead of sentence patterns.In terms of the phrase “subject + object + predicate”,the phenomenon of “fossilization” in language is obvious.Classroom problems include enthusiasm for class,uneven Chinese proficiency,untimely review of the knowledge learned,and frequent absences.Aiming at these problems,on the basis of using the experience of other teachers,this article made an active exploration of classroom teaching,and reflect on exploration results in the form of case analysis,put forward many managed to improve students’ enthusiasm,flexible adjustment of teaching plan,anytime,anywhere,various error correction,strengthen again and strengthen knowledge,make full use of multimedia and other modern teaching equipment,use targeted,and time-sensitive textbooks six teaching suggestions,hoping to samsung engineering staffs in China and even all foreign employees in China’s primary oral Chinese teaching,to provide some reference for our country to contribute the teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
