Research On Service Improvement Strategies Of Rural Cultural Auditoriums In Jinyun County

The Fourth plenary session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed the principle of improving the advanced socialist cultural system for prosperity and consolidating the common ideological foundation for all the people.Cultural revitalization is an important substitute of the Rural Revitalization strategy.Without Cultural Revitalization,there would be no rural revitalization.Since 2013,in order to further promote the cultural revitalization,Zhejiang Province has made great efforts to build Rural Cultural Hall,which has significantly improved cultural facilities and cultural supplies for the public rural area.In this paper,research focus on the southwest mountain area of Zhejiang Province,taking Jinyun County as an example,will be made in regard of people's evaluation about the cultural Hall in the public cultural service through evaluation and analysis.The full text has 7 chapters,the first 2 chapters mainly describe the research purpose and significance,literature review and theoretical basis,etc.The third chapter explains the current situation of public cultural services in Rural Cultural Hall from the aspects of policies,facilities and products;the fourth chapter does the evaluation and demand of the masses for Rural Cultural Hall through questionnaire survey;the fifth chapter points out the existing problems according to the evaluation and demand of the masses and combining with the actual work;the sixth chapter analyzes the causes of the above problems from the aspects of funds,personnel and resources;The seventh chapter expounds the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the public cultural services of the rural cultural auditorium of the county,mainly to strengthen the fund raising and utilization,strengthen the construction of grass-roots team,expand the supply dimension of public cultural services,improve the long-term mechanism of public cultural management,and enhance the sense of access and participation of the masses.In terms of countermeasures and suggestions,this article emphasizes the theme of the villagers,and through the construction of "digital government",the use of "Internet plus regulation",network order,enterprise naming,project bundling operation,village level culture incentive mechanism and other management platforms to mobilize social forces to participate in cultural construction,so as to provide reference for Southwest Zhejiang Province to realize financial "small capital" investment and promote social "big capital" constructionthis.This is the innovation of this paper.
