Animation is one of the most important forms of entertainment in children's life.As a unique form of artistic expression,animation not only affects children's lifestyle and living habits,but also plays a crucial role in the cultivation of children's aesthetic ability and the development of aesthetic psychology.Children's aesthetic preference is a kind of special performance of aesthetic psychology,the art form of preference can promote the formation and development of the aesthetics and values,as the main content of the children's aesthetic activities,cartoon plays an important role in the aesthetic,so this study is to discuss deeply the characteristics of children's cartoon aesthetic preferences and affecting factors,to analyze the aesthetic value of cartoons,verify the rules of the development of the children's aesthetic psychology,psychological preferences in other aesthetic activities for children study to offer help.The first chapter includes the research background,theoretical basis,literature review and the question.The second chapter analyzes the formation and influencing factors of children's animation aesthetic preference.In chapter 3,through the empirical investigation of the aesthetic preference characteristics of animation for children aged 6-12 and their parents' attitude towards animation,the specific expression of children's preference is understood,the difference of children's aesthetic preference is analyzed,and the aesthetic value of animation and the characteristics of children's aesthetic preference are further judged through the analysis of their preferred animation works.The fourth chapter summarizes the characteristics and development rules of children's animation aesthetic preference,and analyzes the necessity of guiding the benign development of children's preference,and finally puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the benign development of children's preference according to the current situation of children's aesthetic preference.Through theoretical research and analysis of the performance of the children,this study suggests that children's own psychological development characteristic and the artistic elements in the animated cartoon aesthetic effect positive impacts on thedevelopment of children's aesthetic preferences,children's aesthetic experience,aesthetic preference,aesthetic habits and aesthetic ability interaction,step by step,promote the growth of its aesthetic psychology;The aesthetic preference of children's cartoons is relatively consistent and stable,and there are significant gender differences.Age factors and parents' attitude towards animation also affect the change and development of their preferences.Meanwhile,different aesthetic preferences of children also lead to differences in their explicit behaviors.The aesthetic preference of children's cartoons shows their recognition and understanding of artistic aesthetic characteristics,which indicates that their aesthetic preference is gradually developing to the level of artistic appreciation.
