This paper studies the effectiveness of primary English classroom teaching management in order to provide effective classroom teaching management strategies for primary English teachers.The literature on classroom management,teaching management and English classroom teaching management has laid a theoretical foundation for the research of this subject.At the same time,the present situation of primary school English classroom teaching management and the implementation of classroom teaching management strategies are investigated by questionnaire.It is found that in the classroom of primary school English,teachers have limited understanding of classroom teaching management concept,single classroom discipline management method,explicit behavior of correcting classroom problem behavior and imbalance of teacher-student relationship.On the basis of the theory refined in this paper,combined with the practical experience of English teachers in primary schools in the past 14 years,the author consulted the teaching and research staff in the research area and put forward some strategies to improve the effectiveness of English classroom teaching management in primary schools.These countermeasures are appropriate and conducive to the effective classroom teaching management of primary school English teachers.
