Small class education mode is to deepen the curriculum reform of basic education concept of "people-oriented" and "light burden,an important measure to achieve high quality",and is an important symbol of the development of China's new curriculum reform and quality education.In recent years,although the government has always advocated application in small class teaching mode,and researchers in related fields of organization,planning and design in this direction,but from the actual situation,we did not break through the traditional classroom teaching management and education model constraints.With the gradual promotion of small class education mode in a large range,and the challenge of new and higher requirements for primary school English teachers' classroom management is put forward,if we do not update the traditional concept of classroom teaching management,class teaching advantages will be hard to get effective play.In the past,the researchers studied the classroom management theory more,but the research on how to improve the classroom management level of primary school English teachers was still relatively poor.This paper takes Dalian city 60 primary school English teachers and 400 students as the research objects,questionnaire survey and interviews of relevant personnel,through access to documents,some of the tendency of problems in primary school English classroom teaching management under the background of the current class in-depth analysis and research,.Meanwhile,the writer combined with teaching experience of her own practice and observation,theoretical analysis of the impact of factors related to teaching management,and put forward specific measures to improve the primary school English classroom teaching management of small class education background.Through the five dimensions of goal management,classroom discipline management,interpersonal relationship management,evaluation management,environmental management,the study found that the current class specific problems under the background of the primary school English classroom teaching management are: 1.there is a deviation in understanding,ftarget management does not vary from person to person;2.discipline management is improper,and classroom atmosphere regulation is not good;3.the lack of interaction between the teacher and the students,the teacher-student relationship is not harmonious;the 4.evaluation form is single,lack of teaching main evaluation;5.environmental management is not perfect,lack of classroom education characteristics and lack of classroom education characteristics.According to the research results,the author puts forward the following suggestions: 1.pay attention to improving the quality of primary school English teachers;2.establish a teaching management system with English characteristics;3.establish a fair and harmonious relationship between teachers and students;4.enrich and perfect the existing teaching management evaluation mechanism;5.adhere to teachers and students to create a good English communicative environment.I hope that it can give some useful enlightenment to teachers who are engaged in small class English Teaching in primary school,and promote the improvement of teaching quality and the all-round development of students.
