In recent years,China's economic development has entered a new stage.Internet-based Internet enterprises have provided a strong driving force for China's economic development.Among them,the Internet audio and video enterprises as the development of network technology in accordance with the field,in recent years gradually become the hot spot of market pursuit.A large number of mergers,acquisitions,financing,liquidation and other transaction events closely related to the value of the enterprise,it is necessary to choose appropriate evaluation methods to show the value of the evaluated enterprise scientifically and objectively.Due to the uniqueness of Internet audio-video enterprises in asset structure,profit cycle and value source,it is necessary for evaluators to choose reasonable evaluation methods based on full consideration of relevant theories and combining with the characteristics of Internet audio-video enterprises,so that the evaluation results can better reflect the real value of enterprises.Firstly,this paper defines and classifies the Internet enterprises and expounds the unique characteristics of the Internet audio and video field,which are not obvious in the traditional enterprises.Then analyzes the applicability and limitations of traditional assessment method in the field of Internet,seize the user value as an important value in the source of Internet enterprise characteristic,based on metcalfe's law,the thinking of zipf's law,part of the value model parameters make improvements to the customer,choose tencent music value assessment as a case.Then,the development status of Internet audio and video industry,the development status of Tencent Music,the main business and other aspects of the elaboration,combined with financial data and non-financial data to quantify the relevant indicators,obtained a single parameter change sensitivity within a reasonable range of evaluation results.Then the evaluation results of the improved user value model are compared with those of the improved user value model,revenue method and market method respectively,and the sensitivity analysis is conducted respectively.The conclusion is drawn that the improved user value model is suitable for the evaluation of Internet audio and video enterprises.
