This article mainly uses practical issues as a theoretical clue to focus on the historical humanism proposed by Sartre's later philosophy. And through the specific exposition of the practical connotation, the article reveals the complicated theoretical relationship between the existentialism and Marxism, which is the persistence and transcendence of Sartre's historical humanism to his previous existentialism, and it is also the inheritance and transformation of Marxist historical materialism. In Critique of Dialectical Reason,Sartre accepted parts of the views of historical materialism and Marxist viewpoint of practice, and began to re-examine the absolutely free individual in the social and historical field, more than this,Sartre formed his historical humanism with practice as the theoretical clue, which marked the systematic turn of Sartre's theory.By clarifying the concept of practice and the mechanism of "practice-inert" in Sartre's historical humanism, this article explores the internal relationship of the three interrelated key problem domains of practice, dialectics, and totalization in Critique of Dialectical Reason: the development process of practice is also the process of historical totalization, and the three states of humanism dialectics need to be understood through the development process of practice.Sartre's historical humanism thought doesn't have only a critical and transcendental significance to his early idealist ontology and isolated individualism, but also an internal connection with his early thought. In addition,he criticized some Marxists at that time who regarded Marxism as a purely ideological and fixed knowledge, ignored the process of seeking proof of Marxism in practice, and divided practice and theory into two parts. This criticism promoted Marxists' reflection on the dogmatic and extreme application of Marxism. However, due to Sartre's misunderstanding and deviation from Marxism,as well as his failure to abandon the existentialist standpoint fundamentally,Sartre's historical humanism finally did not get rid of the subjectivist idealistic view of history.
