With the rapid development of new media and the upgrading of the cultural consumption market,the communication of traditional culture is in urgent need of content and structure adjustments in the new media environment.Cultural creative products have gradually become an important part of cultural consumption.Hongshan Culture in Chaoyang City contains profound historical and cultural connotation,which has certain value of cultural dissemination and cultural creative industrialization.Therefore,the research on the development and communication of Hongshan Culture from the perspective of new media is conducive to promoting the external communication of Hongshan Culture in Chaoyang City.It is an important measure to enhance the cultural confidence of the people and enhance the soft power of Chaoyang City's culture.Firstly,this paper summarizes the value of Hongshan cultural communication,points out that the development of Hongshan cultural creation is of great significance to Hongshan cultural communication,and combined with the current situation of Hongshan cultural industry in Chaoyang City,puts forward the general direction of the future development of Hongshan cultural creation in Chaoyang City.Secondly,combined with the audience,content and channel characteristics of new media cultural communication,this paper expounds the relevant theoretical viewpoints in the development and communication stage of Hongshan cultural creation in Chaoyang City,and puts forward the feasible ideas of development and communication combined with the experience of excellent and successful cultural creation cases.Finally,according to the audience demand of Hongshan Culture and the actual situation of Chaoyang City's current cultural construction,under the guidance of ideas,this paper tries to put forward some personal innovative practice strategies in the development and communication stage.
