Research On The Promoting Effect Of Agricultural Modernization On New Urbanization

In the process of traditional urbanization,industry and commerce are the main driving force for the development of urbanization in my country;and in the process of new-type urbanization,agricultural modernization is an important foundation for promoting the development of new-type urbanization.The development of agricultural modernization provides support for the new urbanization in terms of factors,markets,products,and the environment,breaking the situation of over-reliance on industry and commerce in the process of traditional urbanization.Therefore,the study of agricultural modernization to promote the development of new urbanization has important theoretical significance.In recent years,my country's agricultural development has made great progress,but the modernization rate of intensive scale and professional intelligence still has a lot of room for development compared with agricultural developed countries.Shandong Province is a large traditional agricultural province,with an agricultural population accounting for 8.5% of the country's agricultural population.At the same time,Shandong is an important vegetable and fruit production base in northern my country.Taking Shandong Province as an example,discussing the effect of agricultural modernization on the new urbanization has important practical significance for comprehensively promoting the construction of socialist modernization.Firstly,this article conducts an in-depth exploration of the theory and promotion mechanism of agricultural modernization and new-type urbanization based on the La-Fei model,Jorgensen model,and agricultural contribution;secondly,combined with the development status of the two industries in Shandong Province,select 2006-2019 The relevant indicators of the applicability of agricultural modernization and new urbanization in Shandong Province in 2008;finally,the entropy method is used to calculate the comprehensive score of new urbanization,the independent variables are obtained through principal component analysis,and the promotion effect of agricultural modernization on new urbanization is measured through regression analysis,The results show that among the eleven indicators selected for agricultural modernization,per capita food production,forest coverage,total agricultural machinery power,and rural per capita electricity consumption have obvious effects on the new urbanization,labor productivity and per capita disposable income of rural residents The effect on the new urbanization is the second.The amount of chemical fertilizer used per unit of arable land,the proportion of employees in the primary industry,the Engel coefficient of rural residents,the proportion of the added value of the primary industry in GDP,and the effective irrigation rate have the least effect on the new urbanization.Studies have shown that agricultural modernization is an important foundation for promoting the development of new urbanization,providing support for new urbanization in terms of factors,markets,products,and the environment,and promoting the construction and development of new urbanization.Based on the above research results,policy recommendations such as rationally increasing government investment,strengthening the construction of talent teams,improving the level of agricultural science and technology,strengthening the construction of infrastructure and public services,strengthening the construction of ecological civilization,and promoting sustainable development are put forward.
