This paper takes the part of "New practical Chinese textbook "(intermediate)after each class Cultural Note(hereinafter referred to as"cultural knowledge")as the research object,based on ESP theory(demand analysis theory),and referring to the research results of college English demand analysis model,This paper tries to construct a model of cultural knowledge learning needs analysis for Chinese as a foreign language learners.In addition,the necessity and rationality of the"cultural knowledge"part are obtained by analyzing the contents of the research object.In order to verify the feasibility of the model,a questionnaire of relevant needs analysis is designed and analyzed.It mainly includes the following parts:The first part is to explore the rationality and feasibility of applying ESP theory to the teaching of cultural knowledge in language course,and to build a theoretical model of cultural knowledge learning needs analysis with reference to its research results.Based on the above-mentioned model,this paper discusses the content of "cultural knowledge" in "New and practical Chinese textbook"(intermediate level),analyzes the category and proportion of the content,the correlation with the text and the cultural teaching goal.The second part combines the above model and the result of teaching material analysis to design the questionnaire of cultural knowledge demand analysis,and carries on the field investigation and the teaching practice in the teaching practice.From the point of view of the effect of practice teaching,it is of great significance to analyze and investigate the cultural needs of teaching objects before class,and this part promotes the role of language classroom teaching.The investigation of cultural knowledge needs analysis can not only ensure the pertinence and practicability of teaching content,but also help teachers to optimize teaching means,fully integrate and give full play to the advantages of all aspects of resources in the actual teaching process.Enhance the effectiveness of teaching results.The third part of the main content of teaching case design.In order to verify the feasibility of the model in the teaching of cultural knowledge,the model combined with the results of the questionnaire survey is introduced into the actual teaching design of cultural knowledge,and the teaching plan of'cultural knowledge",the reflection of teaching after class and the feedback of teaching effect are designed and implemented.The fourth part is the suggestion to the language lesson culture knowledge teaching.On the basis of teaching practice and teaching reflection,practical teaching suggestions are put forward for the teaching of cultural knowledge in language course from two aspects:educational administration and direct participants in teaching.
