Ding ruoyong(1762-1836)is a famous poet,pragmatist and Confucian scholar in the late Korean Dynasty.His poetry creation can be divided into three stages: the former,the middle and the latter.Among them,the theme and ideological content of the later poems are rich,and the artistic level is also higher.Ding ruoyong's poetic ideas have always influenced his poetic creation.From a macroscopic point of view,the content of Ding Ruoyong's poetics can be divided into four parts: the essence view of poetry,the creation view,the aesthetic view and the function view.From the point of view of essence,Ding Ruoyong inherited the concept of "Poetry expresses ambition" in the preface of poems and "Poetry is based on sentiment" in Lu Ji's Fu on literature,combined "ambition" with "sentiment",and put forward the view that "every emotion moves,it is necessary to publish poems".In poetic creation,Ding Ruoyong put forward specific requirements from two aspects of poet quality and poetic skills.From the aesthetic point of view,Ding Ruoyong praised highly the poetic style of " Depressed and Pause","Deep and Leisure" and "vigorous and strange",and opposed the poetic style of "sad and sad" and imitation of ancient poetry.Finally,Ding Ruoyong also believed that poetry should play a certain function,that is,the function of "Self entertainment" to the individual,the function of satire and admonition to the society,and the function of recording subjective and objective things.From the perspective of ideological content,Ding Ruoyong's poems not only express the thoughts of recluse,but also express the sad and melancholy words of thinking about relatives and friends and meeting things.Both the record of landscape pastoral pleasure,but also exposed the suffering of people's lives cry;At the same time,Ding Ruoyong also put his own research and understanding of Confucian books and sutras into his poems,In a word,the ideological content of Ding Ruoyong's final term poetry is extremely colorful,the poet chanted at will,and wrote a large number of famous works with different contents.In art,the most prominent artistic characteristic of Ding Ruoyong is the good use of allusions.Secondly,Ding Ruoyong's poems also show the prose-culture characteristics of "taking prose as poetry",which is mainly reflected in the large number of long poems which mainly focus on narration or discussion.From the perspective of images,Ding Ruoyong is the best at using the three images of "old man","flowers" and "rain",which all have very rich connotations in his poems.Finally,Ding Ruoyong's poetic style in his later period is characterized by diversity.There are three dominant styles,namely,"Broad-minded and stately","Amiability and Plain" and " profound and primitive".Among them,"broad-minded and stately" is the main poetic style in his later poetry.Korea is adjacent to China,the ancient but also long been under the huge radiation and influence of Chinese culture,Ding Ruoyong as Korea Dynasty toward the important poet in the late,his poetry creation influenced by classical Chinese poetry on the one hand.On the other hand,in the mastery of Chinese classical poetry of poetic conception,artistic techniques,allusions image,on the basis of their thought and understanding into poetry,the families that are popular with Korea dynasty poetry and archaize style very different simulation,have positive progressive significance.At the same time,Ding Ruoyong's poems,as a typical example of Chinese classical poetry radiating to the outside,are of great significance to the study of cultural exchanges between China,Korea and even the whole East Asia.
