Research On Parent Satisfaction Of Beijing Children's Sports Dance Training Organization

With the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,people's requirements for education are getting higher and higher,no longer satisfied with academic education,and training institutions for various projects have emerged.After the Beijing Olympics,the children's sports dance training industry has been more concerned by the society.Many training institutions have developed to a certain extent,but they are facing bottlenecks that are difficult to expand.In order to explore scientific methods to provide optimization measures for Beijing children's sports dance training industry,this paper has carried out comprehensive research on the first four children's sports and dance institutions in Beijing through the comprehensive application of literature,questionnaires,field surveys and interviews.The survey and research on parental satisfaction reached the following conclusions: 1.Parents choose sports dance training for their children mainly to cultivate temperament and enhance self-confidence.The Latin dance course selection is much higher than standard dance.Among the dances that have been studied,the Rumba and the exact proportion are the highest,and the training time of each dance is uneven.2.Parents get information on children's sports dance training institutions through friends' introductions,event activities,leaflets,internet,magazines and multiple channels.Friends' introductions account for the largest proportion,and organizations' self-promotion is weak.3.Parents are more satisfied with the hidden indicators of the organization,among which the customer complaints are the highest and the customer satisfaction is the lowest.The training effect of the organization on the training of the trainees fails to meet the parents' expectations.4.In the perceived quality,the service reaches the expected level,the internal andexternal environment of the organization,the learning effect reaches the expected level,and the safety guarantee score is low.The organization does not expect enough for the parents,and the product and service have room for improvement.5.The basic value chain of the children's sports dance training institutions The main value activities include propaganda,enrollment,payment,lectures,after-school feedback,competition or class rehearsal,and advanced training.Auxiliary value activities include five parts: infrastructure management,human resource management,curriculum management,brand management and integrated management.Through the satisfaction evaluation analysis of Beijing Children's Sports Dance Training Institute,the value chain of Beijing Children's Sports Dance Training Institute was constructed,and the satisfaction improvement measures were taken into account in the internal value production activities and processes.This proposes the following measures for satisfaction optimization: 1.Strengthen the auxiliary value activities,build a standard curriculum system 2.Strengthen the construction of the teacher management system and guarantee the key value production activities of the organization.3.Build a high-quality service team,improve the satisfaction of the brand image,and start from the upstream enrollment of major value production activities.4.Open a series of activities such as parent-child training,deepen the culture to improve satisfaction,change the definition of traditional training objects,and let parents participate in the training.5.Online tutorials,multimedia development,service derivative improvement satisfaction.
