Zhang Huiyan's "Yi Tu Tiao Discrimination" Three Types Of Discrimination Research

In the early and middle Qing Dynasty,Zhou Yi academia emerged the trend to criticise Yi Tu Learning in the Song Dynasty.The Qing confucianism such as Huang Zongxi,Huang Zongyan,Mao Qiling,Hu Wei,Zhang Huiyan and so on,they reflected on the Song Zhou Yi.Among them,Yi Tu Tiao Bian written by Zhang Huiyan,is a representative work.This paper selects three important discriminations,namely River Map,Luo Chart,the four errors in the book of Yi Shu Gou Yin Tu written by Liu Mu,and the origin of Taiji Diagram,and will research deeply and to reveal the unique value of Yi Tu Tiao Bian.Firstly,Zhang Huiyan distinguishes the wrong between River Map and Luo Chart.By analyzing classics such as Yi Tu Tong Bian,Zhang Huiyan believed that using Ten numbers and Nine numbers to represent River Map and Luo Chart was not from Chen Tuan's Long Tu San Bian,but from the Song Dynasty people to create by themselves.And the literature basis also could not be found before the Song Dynasty.Therefore,Zhang Huiyan believes that Song Confucianism using black and white circles to represent River Map and Luo Chart is not correct.Compared with Huang Zongxi,Huang Zongyan,Mao Qiling,Hu Wei and so on,Zhang Huiyan's views on these issues are more thorough and comprehensive.Secondly,Zhang Huiyan distinguished four mistakes of Yi Shu Gou Yin Tu written by Liu Mu.Zhang Huiyan criticized four pictures,such as the picture of in the Yi there is the Supreme Ultimate which produces the Two Forms,the picture of The Two Forms produce the Four Emblems,the picture of the Four Emblems produce eight trigrams,the picture of Qian Kun produces Liuzi.They think that there are two unreasonable aspects from these four pictures.The pictures of in the Yi there is the Supreme Ultimate which produces the Two Forms has two errors,such as the place of the number of heaven and earth Yin and Yang dislocation and heaven and earth image can not be represented by four numbers.The picture of The Two Forms produce the Four Emblems has two errors,such as the one number for heaven born the two number for earth.The one number born the six number,the two number born the seven number,the three number born the eight number and the four number born the nine number are Five Forms Produce Four Emblems,not in the Yi there is the Supreme Ultimate which produces the Two Forms.The picture of The Two Forms produce the Four Emblems use the black and white circle has logical errors.By comparison with Hu Wei,analysis for the picture of the Four Emblems produce eight trigrams has reasonable analysis.the picture of in the Yi there is the Supreme Ultimate which produces the Two Forms the number of heaven and earth does not stand for black and white circles.the picture of the Four Emblems produce eight trigrams has errors of the numbers of Yin Yang.the picture of Qian Kun producing Liuzi has errors of place and orders of eight trigrams.Finally,Zhang Huiyan distinguishes the origin of Taiji Diagram.In view of the origin of Zhouzi Taiji Diagram,by comparing with of the Song Dynastym,such as Zhu Zhen,Zhu Xi,and Qing Dynasty,such as Mao Qiling,Zhu Yizun,Hu Wei and other people's views.Zhang Huiyan thinks that Zhouzi Taiji Diagram dose not origin from Taoism,nor from Chen Tuan,but Zhou Dunyi creates by himselves.In view of the origin of Yin Yang Yu Taiji Diagram,by comparing with of the Yuan Dynasty such as Yuan Jue,and Ming Dynasty such as Song Lian,Zhao Hui Qian,and Qing Dynasty such as Hu Wei and Mao Qiling's views,Zhang Huiyan concluded that the picture of Yin Yang Yu Taiji Diagram does not create by Cai Yuanding,but create by Zhu Zhen.Compared with Mao Qiling,Zhu Yizun and Hu Wei in Qing dynasty.Zhang Huiyan's research on this problem is more comprehensive and reasonable.On the whole,by analysis three thoughts of Yi Tu Learning,we can find its characteristics such as Valuing Zhouyi in Han Dynasty,criticizing Zhouyi in Qing Dynasty,valuing Xiang,criticizing number,and valuing literature textual Zhang Huiyan research deeply,this makes him has particular position,and also deepens Critical academic trend of thought of Yi Tu Learning,and push the development of Yi Tu Learning.
