Li Zhiyi's Calligraphy Thought Research

In the post intermediate stage of Northern Song Dynasty,scholar-officials played an important role in the field of calligraphy.They actively participated in calligraphy practice,and there were countless scholars who wrote books for calligraphy,and Li Zhiyi was one of them.This paper mainly focuses on Li Zhiyi's calligraphy thought.Firstly,by exploring the history of Li Zhiyi's family figures and the origin of calligraphy,so as to understanding his whole life;Secondly,it discusses the reasons for the formation of Li Zhiyi's calligraphy thought.On the objective basis,Li Zhiyi was considered in the social background at that time,and the ideological trend and aesthetic concept of calligraphy in his society were deeply studied.To understand how Li Zhiyi communicated with the core figures in the literary world at that time,and whether he could come into contact with the mainstream concepts and thoughts in the field of poetry,calligraphy and painting.At the same time,under the background of the mutual integration of Confucianism,Taoism and Zen,will mastering concepts such as "discussing books with Zen" have a great impact on his calligraphy practice and theory;Thirdly,the relevant book theories are collected from the literature,annotated,translated and expounded,which paves the way for writing the book thoughts later;Finally,refine Li Zhiyi's calligraphy thought.To understand the core of his calligraphy thought and analyze his views on the personality and style of calligraphers,so that contemporary calligraphers can have a deeper concept about him.
