With the deepening of the new round of basic curriculum reform,we gradually regard the cultivation of students' ability as the key goal of teaching,and the cultivation of ability and the promotion of all the development of students as the ultimate goal of education.The development of students' core literacy and ability lies in cultivating students' necessary character and key ability to meet the needs of lifelong development and social development,which shows that the cultivation of students' key abilities has become a heavy responsibility on the shoulders of teachers.It can be seen that the construction of excellent teaching model to promote teachers teaching management and student learning management,and jointly promote English learning is every teaching worker's mission can not be shirked.Today's junior high school English teaching has some drawbacks and problems,teachers and students will pay more attention to the examination of the exam and improve the scores and progress rate.This has led teachers to neglect the cultivation of students' key English skills in the process of junior high school English teaching and management,which is not conducive to improving the effectiveness of English teaching.The so-called key ability of students' English refers to the abilities and qualities that students have in the process of learning English knowledge,which helps to improve students' enthusiasm for learning,learning effectiveness and comprehensive English literacy.And the English teaching based on the students' key English ability is also an important measure to improve the effectiveness of junior high school English teaching.In this way,junior high school teachers can be promoted to optimize teaching level and adjust teaching methods in teaching and management mode,bringing new vitality to junior high school English teaching and improving its effectiveness and efficiency.Therefore,we can learn that based on the students' key ability to optimize the junior high school English teaching management form of the educational concept,in the current context of classroom teaching reform,it is not only a teaching and learning method,but also a deep-seated teaching concept.With the support of this teaching concept,teachers will,on the basis of urging students to take the initiative to learn,make students actively and actively enrich their self-knowledge and learning management methods in English learning practice,and help them to process and understand the new English knowledge information,thus constructing the significance of new knowledge.Based on the comprehensive research results at home and abroad,this thesis will use the questionnaire survey method and the empirical research method to conduct a practical investigation on the current situation of junior high school English teaching and management.Objectively examine the current reality of junior high school English teaching,and lay a good foundation for teaching and research.I hope that I can provide reasonable and effective advice and evidence for the junior high school teaching curriculum.At the same time,whether it is for the teaching content of junior high school English teachers,or for the English learning content of junior high school students,it is necessary and important to carry out English teaching based on the key ability of students and to explore effective measures to improve teaching efficiency and students' learning enthusiasm.This research is not only a great progress in the field of English subjects,but also of great significance to the teaching of other subjects,and it is a research content with common promotion and multi-interest.Next,the author will combine his years of teaching experience to explore the topic of " Develop new lifting space based on students' key English skills ".I hope that the author's glimpse can arouse the deep thought and resonance of the readers.
