Reflective teaching",as a new educational concept,is an educational trend of thought which is set off by educators in various countries in order to better promote educational practice.In the 1990 s,it was the bottleneck period of domestic education and teaching reform.The trend of "reflective teaching" spread rapidly.A large number of education scholars carried out a series of theoretical and practical research.The"reflective" and "research" oriented education reform of teachers was in the process of brewing.This paper attempts to extract the core teaching concept through the in-depth understanding of "reflective teaching".The author believes that: first of all,reflective teaching is the transcendence of conventional teaching,not only mastering basic teaching skills to improve students' learning efficiency,requiring teachers to carefully consider the ethical significance of their practice and voluntarily correct their own bad behavior,and fully consider the rationality of teaching practice.Secondly,reflective teaching breaks the regular teaching mode,finds problems in teaching practice,solves problems with purpose means,and optimizes the teaching process.Finally,reflective teaching promotes teachers' professional growth,establishes the consciousness of independent development,and promotes students' in-depth learning.This paper clearly puts forward that the concept of "reflective teaching" guides the development of dance education in higher vocational education,and "taking advantage of stones to attack jade" provides a new vision for the innovation of dance teaching in higher vocational education.Taking two higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province as an example,this paper makes an all-round investigation and analysis by means of questionnaire,classroom observation,interview and other research methods.According to the results of the investigation,it puts forward four problems in Higher Vocational dance teaching: first,the goal and teaching method of dance teaching are single and formal;second,dance teaching ignores dance culture education;third,students lack of active learning Fourth,dance teachers neglect to promote their professional development.This paper analyzes the causes of the teaching problems,which are as follows: first,the positioning of talents is not clear;second,the teaching management and assessment system is not perfect;third,the lack of "double teacher" senior education talents.In view of the teaching problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures:first,teachers should learn "teaching",including highlighting dance training and ability training in dance syllabus;refining dance classroom teaching plan;optimizing dance teaching process: focusing on speaking and concluding;adopting advanced and diverse teaching methods.Second,teachers should strengthen the exploration and practice of dance teaching,including accumulating perceptual experience,promoting the innovation of plays,strengthening the techniques of choreography,focusing on children's choreography,enhancing the sense of dance rhythm and highlighting the body rhyme training.Third,we should arouse the students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning,including guiding students to "deep learning";focusing on improving students' dance theoretical literacy;strengthening students' aesthetic appreciation ability and aesthetic training;and creating a lively dance classroom atmosphere.Fourth,to promote the professional development of dance teachers,including building a comprehensive and diversified professional quality structure of teachers;in-service training and teaching into "learning while teaching";dance teachers strengthen "teaching reflection",dance teachers carry out "action research".
