Poetic Tone-Pictures(Op.3)is a piano piece by Edvard Grieg,a Norwegian composer of folk music,which was composed in Copenhagen.It includes 6untitled pieces of music of different styles,including singing melody,scherzo style and rhythm of percussion style.And mixed with the trumpet serenade and colorful poetic painting,with a distinct national characteristics and creative style.Based on the analysis of Grieg's life and the background of Poetic Tone-Pictures(Op.3),and combined with writer‘s own performance experience,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the musical form structure,national characteristics and difficulties in performance of the work,so as to give an overall guide to the musical interpretation of Grieg's work. |
