Under the dual influence of the rising Chinese fever and the sudden new crown pneumonia epidemic,there is an urgent need for changes in the international spread of Chinese.The characteristics of real-time,fragmentation,diversification,and individualization of new media are in line with the current hot remote online learning model and people's fast-paced,personalized lifestyle.The combination of new media and Chinese international education has become a major trend.However,through literature review,it is found that there are still insufficient researches on related new media platforms in academia.The main innovation of this article is that the research angle is different from previous related research.In the past,relevant research mostly stayed at the theoretical level,either studying online teaching models of Chinese as a foreign language,or researching video platforms and instant messaging platforms used in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This article starts from a professional new media platform for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The conclusions have a deeper significance for the development of online Chinese teaching.This article starts with the overview of the construction of a new media platform for teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and searches a large number of new media platforms for teaching Chinese as a foreign language through the method of filtering keywords.They are divided into four categories,namely,comprehensive teaching,examination services,and skills training.And vocabulary memorization category,the survey found that the current platform is fully constructed,and has made considerable progress in terms of quantity,type,and function.Subsequently,this article focuses on the six platforms of comprehensive teaching to build an analysis framework from several dimensions such as production organization,charging situation,teaching function,media use,visualization elements,and differentiated characteristics,and conduct a horizontal comparative analysis of them,and find that "Compared with the platform of the same type,the "Tangfeng Chinese-Chinese International Education Cloud Platform" has a more professional production and a more complete system.Therefore,this article takes "Tangfeng Chinese-Chinese International Education Cloud Platform" as a case,describes its content and functions in detail,conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews with its users,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the above results.The study found that the "Tangfeng Chinese-Chinese International Education Cloud Platform" has strong advantages in terms of user-friendliness,curriculum system,testing convenience,and academic diagnosis optimization.It has strong advantages in terms of interactivity,openness of resources,and fun.It still needs to be improved.Based on the above analysis of the general situation of the construction of new media for teaching Chinese as a foreign language and the detailed study of the case of "Tangfeng ChineseChinese International Education Cloud Platform",this article digs into the individuality and summarizes the commonalities,based on mobile learning theory,interactive hypothesis,and deep learning theory,Proposed development strategies for the application of new media in Chinese international education,including building systematic courses,strengthening interactive design,opening dynamic resource areas,and optimizing experience with technology,in order to contribute a certain value to the construction of related platforms in the future.
