Songjiang Province Industrial Research (1949-1954)

In August 1948,the Construction Department of Songjiang Provincial government was abolished and the Industry Department of Songjiang Provincial government was established.In May 1949,Songjiang province and Hejiang Province merged into Songjiang Province,and established the Industrial Department of Songjiang Provincial Government.In October 1950,the Enterprise Administration merged with the Industry Department.On July 31,1954,Songjiang province was abolished and merged into heilongjiang Industrial Department.Liang Chunyang,Chen Jianfei,Bian Boming successively appointed director,deputy director.Songjiang province industry hall hall secretary function of task is to organize the province light industry,textile,chemical industry,machinery industry departments at all levels and enterprises to carry out the party central committee and the State Council formulated the relevant guidelines and policies,receiving supported puppet remaining enterprises,support to solve local finance supply,support national economic development,is a great contribution to national economic recovery and development.Based on the archives of Songjiang Provincial Department of Industry and relevant local Chronicles,the author divides the paper into four parts:The first part mainly introduces the industrial development foundation of Songjiang region,and expounds the unique natural and political conditions for industrial development in Songjiang Province from the aspects of Japanese pseudo-industrial foundation,natural resources,national policy and transportation.The second chapter,the author studies Songjiang industrial development situation,Songjiang industrial province supported puppet residual collected from 1947 years from scattered machine bureau,and room to economic production of raw materials,from scratch,since the childhood,from scratch,in this chapter,by introducing several factories and examples,to explore the Songjiang industrial development achievements during the period of the founding of new China.The third chapter mainly aimed at discussing the operation mechanism of enterprises,Songjiang province industry hall hall secretary from the purpose of economic development and ensure supply,set up the work of a large number of coal mine,mine,machinery,transport,leather,sugar,paper and other enterprises,the province battalion enterprise roughly divided into three kinds,the first is Songjiang province established under the guidance of the state enterprises,The second is the enterprises inherited by the Department of Industry of the Puppet Manchukuo government,and the third is the enterprises jointly operated and borrowed by private enterprises.They gradually established economic accounting system in economic management and application,standardized enterprise operation,established factory management committee,held workers' congress,enhanced workers' sense of ownership and improved workers' welfare treatment.It can be said that these enterprises created huge wealth for the new China in the initial stage of establishment,and the achievements made in local industrial construction are also extremely extraordinary.So understanding the operation mechanism of these enterprises can better show us the development achievements of heavy industry in Songjiang Area.The fourth chapter combines the content of the former three chapters,combining with the current situation,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward a major measure for the revitalization of northeast old industrial base,taking history as a mirror,expounds the historical value of Songjiang industrial development,at the same time to profound reflection of industrial heritage in Heilongjiang province,for the revitalization and development of Heilongjiang economic provides favorable basis.In the process of writing this paper,I have consulted a large number of materials and made an objective summary of the development of heavy industry in Songjiang Province.All the conclusions are drawn on the basis of a large number of data and historical files.I hope this paper will make contributions to the industrial revitalization and economic take-off of Heilongjiang province today.
