Zhou Maoyuan Research

Zhou Mao Yuan is one of the important writers of Yunjian Sect in the late Ming Dynasty and early Qing Dynasty.Although he was an official of the two dynasties,he was still positive and enterprising.He hoped to regain the glory of the family by becoming an official in the new dynasty.He had been an official for 12 years,and finally completely despair because of Jiangnan Tax Report.Then he began to concentrate on poetry creation.He Jing Tang Poetry is Zhou Mao Yuan's most finest collection of poems,it contains more than 1,300 poems.This is the best reference for studying his poetic creation.This paper is made up of three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The main idea of this introduction is to discuss the purpose and significance of the topic and sort out the current academic research on the topic.The text has four chapters,First and foremost chapter focuses on Zhou Mao Yuan's life.Analyzes how his study infect his poem's creation.Zhou Mao Yuan's particular circumstances and experience established his excellent quality of being a man and an official.They also affected his poem's characteristics.The second chapter focuses on the situation and characteristics of Zhou Mao Yuan's acquaintance.He's acquaintance life with a very long span and many different subjects.This chapter will start from the basic characteristics of acquaintance,to analyze the emotional and impact to different subjects.The third chapter mainly analyzes the creative themes of Zhou Mao Yuan's poems,focusing on the four aspects of people's livelihood poems,chanting history and nostalgia,scenery and pastoral poems,acquaintance poems.The last but not least chapter mainly discuss the artistic features of his poetry.The literary pursuit of Yunjian poetic Sect in ancient times,and the poetic trend of Tang poetry,had a very long influence to his poet.By analyzing his inheritance of Confucian poetic tradition,and the creation and style characteristics of his poetry to explore the unique style of his poetry.
