Nowadays,the Internet has been popularized,leading to rewriting people's time and space.Moreover,dance education is being thrust into the limelight of the Internet of Everything.Dance teaching has unique characteristics,so the digital teaching method of dance teaching should be different from other disciplines.It should be studied as a separate topic.By analyzing the practical results of " The Teaching Example of Chinese Classical Dance Sleeve Dance in the View of Internet and Education," this paper discusses its rules and ideas.First,the paper summarizes the overview of traditional and digital teaching of sleeve dance in higher education.The teaching object of this study is dance students in higher education.The teaching mode of "online assisted + offline led" is proposed for this teaching object.Second,through the analysis of the lesson example,the three stages of this lesson design are described,namely,data collection,structure formulation and interface design.It also proposes five principles for the design of digital classroom examples of sleeve dance — the principle of interactivity,the principle of inquiry,the principle of Spatio-temporal contrast,the principle of content as the core and the principle of streamlining thematic.Third,by analyzing the lesson examples,this paper proposes four significant values of "Internet+Education" for teaching Chinese classical dance sleeve dance.First,this paper summarizes the seven primary methods of digital technology to promote sleeve dance teaching,which proves that online teaching can use teaching methods beyond the capabilities of offline teaching.Second,the interactivity of the Internet leads to the transformation of the educators and learners of the sleeve dance from experts and dancers to the general public,thus expanding the knowledge and spreading scope;Third,from the perspective of the new liberal arts construction of dance,this paper proposes the use of digital technology to expand the current curriculum with the body as the core of training into heuristic and creative education.Fourth,by analyzing the "Read the Picture Age," we point out the intuitiveness and efficiency of using "visualization" to teach dance as a dynamic language.Together,these four points demonstrate the value of digital sleeve dance instruction.Through the practice and demonstration of digital sleeve dance auxiliary teaching,this paper proves the whole feasibility of the "Internet + Education" model for Chinese classical sleeve dance teaching.
