The period of 1927-1937 was the golden period for the development of national brands in modern China,and the trademarks of national brands in this period represented the high level of trademark design in the Republic of China.Jiangsu region is an important birthplace of Chinese modern national industry,and the national brands of Jiangsu region made important contributions to the economic development,cultural dissemination and development of national industry and commerce in Jiangsu region.This paper will explore and study the period characteristics of the trademark design style of the Republic of China,the changes of the design style,and its influence on the trademark design of modern national brands through the methods of literature study,case study and comprehensive study.The introductory part of the thesis explains the research background and significance of the topic,the content,methodology and framework of the topic,the current status of domestic and foreign research,etc.It outlines the definition of the concepts of national goods,trademark and brand.The first chapter outlines the development of the brand and trademark design of national goods in the Republic of Jiangsu.The second chapter,by collecting and organizing trademarks of this period,classifies trademarks into traditional patterns,emerging patterns,etc.,and then refines and classifies them,and conducts visual analysis of trademarks to derive stylistic features,design characteristics,etc.It also compares and analyzes the trademark designs with those of domestic and foreign brands in the same period,and draws out the advantages and disadvantages of trademark designs of national brands in the Jiangsu region of the Republic of China.The third chapter is to collect the trademark data of Jiangsu national brands from1927 to 1937,and summarize the change trend of the trademark of Jiangsu national brands in the Republic of China over the years,the proportion and type analysis,etc.by combining with chart analysis.The fourth chapter is to analyze the cultural causes of the trademark design of the Republic of Jiangsu national brands by collecting and organizing the relevant economic background,political background,cultural background,social background,scientific and technological background,etc.through the literature examination method and historical tracing method.Chapter 5 analyzes and summarizes the influence of the trademark design of Jiangsu national brands in the Republic of China on the trademark design of modern national brands.Nowadays,with the revival of traditional culture and the return of national goods,more and more people pay attention to the innovation and development of China's local brands,and the trademark design of Jiangsu national goods brand in the Republic of China has certain significance and reference value for the trademark design of national goods brands nowadays.
