Learning motivation has a very important influence on learning process and learning effect.The problem of students' weak learning motivation is particularly prominent in secondary vocational schools,which has become the main obstacle restricting students' learning and individual development,and has affected the improvement of teaching quality in vocational schools.At present,most of the existing research results generally take "secondary vocational school students" or "secondary vocational students" as the object,and it is also not specific in the research of motivating students' motivation strategies.Therefore,this article is based on predecessors' research results,taking students majoring in graphic design in four secondary vocational schools in Nanjing as the research object,explore their learning motivation level and in accordance with the learning motivation theory in combination with the practical situation of professional characteristics and puts forward some countermeasures,in order to stimulate the learning enthusiasm of the the secondary vocational school,raise the level of their learning motivation.Based on Pintrich's theory of motivation,this study obtains the levels of different components of learning motivation of secondary vocational students majoring in graphic design through questionnaire survey,and then analyzes the reasons that affect learning motivation according to the results of data statistics and interviews.Finally,I combined with my own knowledge and personal practice to find out about stimulating the learning motivation strategies of secondary vocational students majoring in graphic design:(1)To enhance students' sense of identity to the graphic design major;(2)According to the psychological characteristics of secondary vocational students to carry out teaching activities;(3)To create a learning and growing environment to enhance the happiness of secondary vocational students.
