In the increasingly competitive market economy,design management becomes more and more important.It is a management method adopted by enterprises in order to expand their competitive advantages,optimize internal resource allocation,reduce costs,and increase economic benefits.In a market with diversified consumption,design management formulates reasonable design strategies for enterprises,rationally plan the allocation of resources for enterprises,and provide enterprises with reasonable management methods from the design stage,and through consumers' information feedback on brand product consumption.From this step of product design and brand planning,it provides direction for the next strategic step of the enterprise.This thesis takes design management as the research starting point,and discusses the significance of design management to branding and design.This paper takes design management and brand design and other related knowledge as theoretical guidance,studies the guiding methods of design management for branding,uses interdisciplinary research methods,integrates the research content of design and management,and uses case research methods through analysis and research.Reference design management model cases provide case support for the design management model generation of this article.The design management model is an important foundation for the subsequent project practice of this article.The framework structure support of the design management model is used to promote the establishment and operation of the project plan.The important significance of the design management model for the implementation of the project is that its essence is to provide science for the output of the project.The support of scientific methods,while following the core concepts of the design management model of this article can promote the consistency and continuity of the brand concept during the implementation of the project.After designing a design management model through case analysis and theoretical research,this paper tests the feasibility of the model through application in specific project practice,and promotes the project to produce perfect results in a more scientific and effective manner through the guidance and support of the model.Under the baptism of specific practical projects,the design management model of this paper has been evolved and improved in practice,and it is a good relationship that promotes the development between design management model and the design project.
