The "Introduction and polonaise " is a work written by the German composer Carl Jacobi in middle age.This paper discusses and studies the creation of the work "Introduction and polonaise ",the analysis of the composition and the analysis of the playing techniques,and combines the author's own experience in practice and performance,and comprehensively expounds the deep understanding and research experience of the work and the performance.Carl Jacobi himself was an excellent major pipe player,and many of the techniques and difficulties of big pipe playing were reflected in this work,as well as the high-pitched treatment that was rare in the large pipe solo at that time;in particular,the elements of Polish dance music used made the thematic materials of each part of the work more beautiful and smooth,and best reflected the music performance ability and playing skills of the players.
