"Russian Diplomatic Agency" Translation Practice Report

In recent years,with the development of world political multi-polarization and economic globalization,Russia has made remarkable achievements in the field of foreign exchanges.All its many achievements are inseparable from the guidance of a correct foreign policy.These foreign policies are not only the ideas and strategies of governing Russia that are in line with Russia's own national conditions,but also help Russia maintain political and social stability,promote its domestic economic development,and enhance its international status.The book "Russian Diplomatic Service" is edited by Anatoly Vasilievich Torkunov,Director of the Moscow Institute of International Relations,and Alexander Nikolayevich Panov,the Russian Ambassador to Japan.A teaching reference book for training students in majors such as international relations and foreign areas.The book belongs to a typical scientific style,and there is no Chinese translation yet.The translator selected two chapters of "Multilateral Diplomacy" and "Economic Diplomacy" as translation texts.Through the translation of these two chapters,I understand the expansion of "quantity" and the improvement of "quality" in Russia's multilateral diplomacy,as well as the huge role that economic diplomacy has played in Russia's history and reality.This translation practice report is completed on this basis.The report focuses on analyzing the difficulties of the original text and the methods and techniques used in translation from two levels of vocabulary and sentences.Through this translation practice,the translator has mastered the main features of scientific style,improved his translation ability,and accumulated valuable experience.It is also hoped that this report can provide some reference and reference for translators engaged in translation of related topics in the future.
