In this paper, we will study the scope of the study in the period of the war of resistance again Japan(1937-1945).The study on the relationship between the multilateral diplomacy of the Chongqing national government and the international order of the postwar period in the Anti-Japanese War, and the relationship between war, order and diplomacy is discussed. Summing up valuable experience and expounding the historical enlightenment. So far, the existing research results, much focusing on the wartime diplomatic activities, wartime foreign policy analysis and the evolution of the international order in wartime. The academic put the war of resistance, diplomacy and international order under a big frame, which is as a kind of relationship to carry out special research less. Therefore, this research has the break through point and the innovation significance.During the period of Anti-Japanese War, Chongqing national government was active as a foreign policy, which not only advances the process of China's wartime, China towards the political power, but also promoted the establishment of the international order after the war. You know, in the world, although a number of wartime diplomacy is still not satisfactory, whose positive progress is worthy of recognition study on the multilateral diplomacy of Chongqing national government in wartime.
