Research On The Copyright Licensing System Of Online Music

The significance of music copyright licensing system is to reduce the transaction cost and maximize the licensing efficiency and dissemination efficiency of music works.In the past five years,China's music industry has gradually been legalized,and unprecedented prosperity has emerged.As the product of passive legislation,China's music copyright licensing system has gradually shown its drawbacks in the digital era.The existing online music copyright licensing system is not enough to fully protect the rights and interests of copyright holders,resulting in the uneven distribution of interests between copyright holders,online music service providers and users,and the failure of copyright market transactions.In terms of content arrangement,the author firstly analyzes in detail related cases,academic materials and problems arising from the existing music copyright licensing system.Secondly,the author proposes to construct a network music copyright licensing system with "Chinese characteristics",in order to promote the licensing efficiency and maximize the transmission efficiency.Finally,in order to improve the licensing efficiency and dissemination efficiency of online music works in the digital era in China,it is proposed to improve the legal licensing system of online music works in China,to allow those who meet the requirements to apply for the establishment of collective management organizations,to establish the ownership information database of lyrics,music works and sound recordings,to confirm the reasonable operation of exclusive copyright policies or laws,and to contribute to the transplantation and innovation of China's copyright licensing system.
