The government's administrative performance directly affects the public's recognition of the government.of China's grass-roots government organizations have been criticized by the public.Many college graduates regard civil servants as their preferred job position.In recent years,more and more civil servants have been admitted,and many of them have outstanding high-education talents.However,high-quality civil servant teams still show low administrative efficiency,which is a problem of civil servants' ability.Or is it a system issue?After reviewing previous studies,most of them take the issue as it is,draw conclusions based on experience and inference,lack the support of empirical research,and some conclusions are too hasty and scientific to be tested.Based on this,this article will use an empirical research method combining grass-roots civil servants' organizational commitment and job performance in order to propose scientific and efficient management recommendations to government management departments to alleviate high Contradictions.This research mainly includes the grass-roots civil servants as the research object,making the research more realistic and reference value.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign research literature and results,this paper uses composition of grass-roots civil servants' organizational commitment,the performance of work,the impact of the five factors of organizational commitment on the two factors of work performance,and the different individuals Organizational commitment under attribute variables studies the differences in job performance levels.In this study,500 questionnaires were distributed.After invalid questionnaires were collected,447 valid samples were collected.SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used to perform descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,etc.on the data to test the research hypotheses.The research results show that the five factors of organizational commitment are positively related to task performance and peripheral performance;emotional impact on task performance and peripheral opportunity commitment has a negative impact on task performance;significantly different under different personal attribute variables.These research results can provide management suggestions for government managers:people-oriented,focus on humane care,improve the level of emotional commitment of grass-roots civil servants;shape a good working environment,enhance work ability,and improve the ideal level of commitment of grass-roots civil servants;establish a civil servants information database,effective Predict and respond to the turnover rate of civil servants;establish and improve incentive mechanisms to improve the performance level of civil servants;select outstanding managers,establish the trust of civil servants in managers,and win the respect and loyalty of civil servants.
