Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban Community Grid Management In Luochuan County, Yan'an City

Urban communities are grassroots organizations that connect and serve the people at all levels of government,and are the basic unit of urban governance.In recent years,as the urbanization process continues to accelerate and the urbanization process continues to accelerate,the daily basic needs of the majority of the community's people have gradually increased,and there is a trend of diversification.The community's problems in management services and work efficiency have become increasingly prominent.Based on this,based on the traditional urban community service and management work,workers in related fields have explored the sound and perfect experience of the community management service model system in a comprehensive and multi-angle perspective,and tried to implement grid management of urban communities,which has received good feedback.,And has been widely promoted and used for reference.Although from the current situation,whether in terms of organizational structure,operation mechanism or serving the masses,urban community grid management has achieved fruitful innovation to a certain extent,and achieved remarkable results.However,its management practice is still at the primary level,there are still many problems,the amount of room for growth is very huge.At present,with the continuous improvement of the economic and cultural level of the general public,correspondingly,their desire for a better life is also rising.Based on this,workers in related fields have responsibilities and obligations to strengthen the establishment of sound and perfect related management systems.Recognize the necessity and urgency of work.This article takes Luochuan County,Yan'an City,where the author lives,as the research object,on the basis of refined management theory,seamless government and governance theory,and draws on the experience and practices of three cities that have done well in grid management in China.Case studies,comparative analysis,questionnaire surveys,individual interviews and other methods analyze the development status of grid management of Luochuan County urban communities,summarize their main characteristics and corresponding methods,and conduct in-depth and detailed analysis of existing problems and give corresponding s solution.Combined with the actual situation,we can find that the problems of grid management of Luochuan County urban communities generally include conflicts between the old and new service management systems,the construction of information platforms needs to be improved,the public participation needs to be strengthened,and the overall quality of the grid administrator team is not high.The specific reasons for the problems include prominent administrative traces,insufficient public participation mechanisms,and incomplete technical systems.Based on an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,an optimized path for improving the grid management of Luochuan County 's urban communities is proposed,specifically including establishing and improving the grid participation social participation mechanism system to “administer” and accelerate the electronic information platform Building,vigorously introducing humans in related fields,etc.,this study can provide constructive suggestions for the improvement of the grid management system of urban communities in the region to a certain extent,and further provide the necessary support for the improvement of related management theories.
