Community is the basic unit cell of society, the city, an important foundation for social governance is community building. As China from a planned to a market economy, government functions also managed to shift from service. Community as a government to provide public services to the public the most basic units, undertake a large number of government functions transferred a lot of work, traditional urban community management model has been unable to meet the social needs of the market economy management development. Beijing, Shanghai and other cities rely on Internet information technology, innovation and gradually formed a compartmentalized clear, comprehensive coverage of community grid management model, and across the country.Analysis on the present implementation of the Kunming city community gridded management situation, this text based on the effect, put forward the existing problems, and discussed the reason and the countermeasures. First of all, to establish a perfect uniform grid management policies and regulations is top job in the whole field; secondly, building community neighborhood committee work examining and verifying system, through fostering and developing social organizations, and multi community governance bodies, to improve the community’s autonomous ability; thirdly, setting up a comprehensive information service platform, which contents the establishment of scientific grid area, the construction of composite service team, the incentive, supervision, appraisal system, constructs and mechanism of grid management operation is needed and important to ensure the normal operation of community gridded management. I hope this research can provide some enlightenment to Kunming city community gridded management system.
