The Impact Of Public Negative Emotions On Emergencies And Its Governance Research

With the advent of the era of complexity,social risks and hidden dangers have increased,and new problems,new contradictions,and new situations have emerged.This stage has become a frequent occurrence of emergencies.Due to the characteristics of suddenness,publicity,derivation and harmfulness,such incidents will endanger the lives and property safety of the public,and further threaten the stability of society,thus becoming the focus and difficulty of social governance.As a socially harmful event,an emergency is essentially the result of public disorder.Negative public sentiment,as an important factor driving disorderly behavior,has become an important factor affecting the management of emergencies.Therefore,analyzing the internal relationship between public negative emotions and emergencies plays an important role in realizing benign governance of emergencies.This thesis starts with the key factor of public negative sentiment,and explores the impact and governance of public negative sentiment on emergencies.First,sort out the concepts and characteristics of public negative emotions and emergencies.Second,using the theory of emotional infection to construct a theoretical analysis framework for the internal relationship between public negative emotions and emergencies.Explain that public negative emotions have a stimulating and fermentation-derived relationship with emergencies,and the outbreak of emergencies will also have a negative effect on public negative emotions.It further clarified the evolutionary logic of public negative emotions and emergencies.Thirdly,using the theoretical analysis framework,combined with evolutionary logic,and taking the Wanzhou bus crash in Chongqing as an example,it focused on analyzing how the public negative sentiment gradually promoted the evolution of the Wanzhou bus crash in Chongqing.Emotional tracking of the Chongqing Wanzhou bus crash incident revealed the psychological cause behind the incident,that is,the lack of public negative emotional management capabilities,resulting in public behavior out of control,mainly reflected in the lack of personal psychological adjustment knowledge and skills.Then,on this basis,explore the causes of public emergencies caused by emergencies,which are mainly reflected in four levels of problems,namely,the lack of legal behavior norms,the lack of government mental governance concepts,the absence of government psychological services,social The lack of cultural guidance efficiency.Finally,based on these four levels of problems,try to propose a governance path that improves the effectiveness of legal behavior norms,builds thegovernment’s pluralistic governance concept,promotes the transformation of government psychological service functions,and exerts excellent social and cultural guidance effectiveness.It aims to provide a path choice for cultivating the public’s ability to manage negative emotions,guide the public to realize self-management of emotions and behaviors,and promote the benign governance of emergencies.
