Research On Sustainable Livelihood Guarantee Of Migrants Relocated For Poverty Alleviation In Guizhou Province

As one of the “five batches” of poverty alleviation and rehabilitation,the ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation has an important significance for poverty alleviation.The goal of ex situ poverty alleviation is to achieve “moving,securing,employment,and security”.Among them,“employability and security” is the key to relocation and poverty alleviation.Through the study of the sustainable livelihood level of the migrants in the areas of poverty alleviation,and exploring the specific practices of the sustainable livelihood security of the migrants in the areas of poverty alleviation,the life after the relocation of the stable and poverty-reducing migrants is becoming more and more important,and at the same time,the fight against poverty is crucial.It is of great significance to build a comprehensive well-off society.This paper uses the data from the field investigation of the Guizhou Province's Yidi Poverty Relocation and Resettlement Area to select the resettlers of the three resettlement areas of Anshun City,Fuquan City and Bijie City of Guizhou Province as the survey objects,and explains the concept of the ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation.Through the analysis of survey data and case interview data,this paper analyzes the livelihood status of the resettlement people in Guizhou Province and builds a sustainable living standard evaluation system for the poverty alleviation and resettlement,and studies the level of livelihood sustainability of immigrants.The value method determines the weight of the index,and according to the influence of each indicator,proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable livelihood security of the immigrants,and guarantees the subsequent survival and development of the resettlement people in Guizhou Province.The analysis shows that:(1)The sustainable development of the migrants in Guizhou Province is at a low level of only 0.2387,which is low in sustainability and low in level.(2)The highest level of financial capital in the province's ex situ poverty alleviation and resettlement population is 0.0873.It also has the highest weight,and has the greatest impact on the sustainable livelihood security of immigrants;(3)The human capital of Guizhou Province's ex situ poverty alleviation migrants is 0.0792,ranking second,among which whether it has the greatest impact on human capital value It is necessary to pay attention to the skills training for immigrants;(4)The social capital of the resettlement people in Guizhou Province is 0.0461,ranking third.Among them,whether or not to participate in social organizations has the most obvious impact onthe promotion of immigrant social capital.(5)The physical capital and natural capital of the resettlement people in Guizhou Province were 0.0142 and 0.0119,respectively,with the lowest stocks,ranking fourth and fifth respectively.Finally,from the extent of the impact of five capitals on the sustainable livelihoods of immigrants,suggestions are made to ensure the follow-up livelihood development of immigrants.The employment development model of immigrants should be changed to improve the follow-up development guarantee for immigrant poverty alleviation and relocation;improve the compensation system and consolidate poverty alleviation Basic security for migrants;improve the surrounding environment of the resettlement area and improve the livelihood strategy selection method of immigrants;improve the financial environment of immigrants to make up for the lack of funds for immigrants;reshape the social relationship of immigrants and improve the livelihood environment of immigrant migrants.
