Research On The Livelihood Issues And Countermeasures Of The Families Relocated For Poverty Alleviation In Bozhou District, Zunyi City, Guizhou Provinc

Relocation for poverty alleviation is the basic strategy of implementing targeted poverty alleviation,which aims to relocate the rural poor living in areas with poor development conditions,so as to achieve the goal of getting rid of poverty and becoming rich.Since 2016,the country has successfully completed the relocation of 9.6 million people,but the goal is to be stable and rich after moving out.Do a good job in the second half of the relocation of poverty alleviation in other places,coordinate all kinds of financial resources,increase follow-up support for the relocated people,make every effort to promote adaptation and integration,employment assistance,industrial cultivation and other work,improve the sense of gain and security of the relocated people,and let the relocated farmers share the fruits of development,Lay a solid foundation for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.This paper introduces the purpose and research significance of ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation,expounds the core theoretical concepts involved on the basis of sorting out the research results at home and abroad,and takes more than 300 relocated families in the ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation settlement in Yaxi Town,Bozhou District,Zunyi City,Guizhou Province as the research sample,relying on the sustainable livelihood analysis framework theory and the anti-poverty theory with Chinese characteristics,Using questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,focusing on the livelihood ability,livelihood environment and livelihood strategies of relocated families,this paper points out the livelihood problems faced by relocated poverty alleviation families,analyzes the relevant reasons,and puts forward policy suggestions for livelihood optimization.
