Investigation Report On The Civil Service Situation Of The H District People's Court

As an important link in civil litigation,service is an important guarantee to realize the litigants' litigation rights and judicial justice,which is of great significance to civil litigation.With the rapid development of China's economy,the mobility of personnel has been enhanced,and the number of civil cases has increased substantially.Civil service has encountered many new problems,but the relevant legislation has not kept up with the pace of The Times,and the application of the service method stipulated by the current civil procedure law in practice is not satisfactory.For a long time,there exist such problems as the high number of cases served by announcement in grassroots courts,the ineffective service by mail,and the virtual service by electronic means,which lead to the low efficiency of service in courts,which seriously affects the trial process and increases the pressure of handling cases in courts.To detect and solve some problems in the current civil litigation service,the author by means of a grass-roots court practice research of civil service,civil litigation service system in our country,on the basis of literature analysis,normative analysis,comparative analysis,practical analysis and other research methods,combined with the local service environment,basic situation and features of the law courts for the civil service is analyzed,problems existing in the practice of court found in service,put forward the perfect proposal.It is hoped that it can help the court to get rid of the service dilemma as soon as possible,and provide references and solutions for other courts,so as to contribute to the improvement of the service system in China.The article is composed of four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the reasons for the topic selection,the significance of the topic selection and the research status of the service problem.The purpose is to make a comprehensive analysis of the existing civil service situation and lay a foundation for the following article.The second part is the basic situation of the investigation on the service of civil cases in the grassroots courts,which is divided into two parts: the research ideas and the data collection of questionnaire survey.The author introduces the reasons for choosing the research points,the investigation process and the research methods,andthe data collection of the questionnaire survey.The third part is that after the author has a further understanding of the service situation of the grassroots people's court investigated,he finds that the current problems of civil service in the grassroots people's court in China are mainly as follows: "the number of cases is few",the court has insufficient judicial resources;Insufficient network delivery platform construction;The phenomenon of parties evading service is common,and the number of malicious evading service incidents is increasing day by day.Long service cycle,low efficiency and high service cost.The fourth part is to put forward some Suggestions to improve the problem of court service.
