Research On The Functions Of Local Governments In The Process Of Tourism Development In Dalian

China's tourism industry is developing at a very fast speed.In 2017,the number of per capita trips in China reached 3.7,making tourism an important indicator to measure modern living standards.As the largest coastal port city in northeast China,Dalian's tourism industry has developed rapidly in recent years,with a development level higher than the national average.Dalian's tourism industry has developed rapidly,and dalian's government has played an active role in fully fulfilling its functions.However,with the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's quality of life,people's requirements and demands for tourism are also constantly improving,and some problems also appear in the development process of Dalian's tourism industry.The emergence of these problems is closely related to the functions of dalian municipal government,and puts forward higher requirements and challenges to the functions of local government.If these problems cannot be solved in a timely and effective manner,they will seriously restrict the healthy and sustainable development of tourism.In view of this,in the process of tourism development,how to better fulfill the functions of local government and realize the healthy and sustainable development of tourism is worth in-depth study and exploration.By studying the functions of local governments in the process of tourism development,it can not only promote the development of tourism and local economy,but also optimize and perfect the functions of governments and further promote the construction of service-oriented governments.This article,the functions of the government in the process of tourism development in dalian as the research object,and in depth interview method to collect data,from the public service,supervision,management,marketing,overall planning from four aspects of the functions of the government,in the interpretation of the dalian municipal government functions to perform in the process of tourism development present situation,on the basis of further analysis of dalian municipal government functions in the process of tourism development problems,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions accordingly.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is the definition of concept and theoretical basis.The third chapter is the status quo of the government's function performance in the development of Dalian's tourism industry.It studies and discusses the status quo of the government's public service,supervision and management,marketing and promotion,and overall planning.Fourth chapter for dalian city tourism development problems of government functions,mainly including tourism infrastructure shortage quality is not high,tourism information service content is not comprehensive update not in time,the lack of fair competition market environment of tourism,tourist safety has not been fully appreciated,tourism promotion channels of content and lack of innovation,tourism brand construction is single,unreasonable tourism periodic planning,tourism resources development integration degree is not enough.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and countermeasures.First of all,through the government functions to perform in the process of tourism development present situation and existing problems of analysis concluded that the functions of local government and tourism development has the close relation,the high speed development of tourism industry on the functions of the government put forward the higher request,innovation and improve the functions of the government can better promote the development of tourism forward.Secondly,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in the government functions in the development of Dalian's tourism industry.
