Research On The Non-profit Organization Participation In The Elderly Care Services

China has gradually entered the aging society.With the acceleration of urbanization,the structural change of family member and the increase of population mobility,"empty-nest elderly" and other aged problems have become more prominent.At the same time,with growth in the living standard,the contradiction between the increasing demand for diversified services,and China's lagging old-age service supply is increasingly sharp.The function of the traditional family pension model has been weakened.The traditional mode,in which the government,as the main responsibility subject,undertook the whole things,has been failed to solve the aged problems.With the transformation of the global governance system,the governance subject in China has changed from monism to pluralism,and the governance management model has changed from management to service.Non-profit organizations have been playing an important role in social governance and service supply.Therefore,it is inevitable to encourage them to participate in the elderly care services,which can help to diverse the suppliers of the old-age services and improve the system of elderly care service in China.Qingshan Lake district in Nanchang,determined by the National Health Commission and the Ministry of Civil Affairs as one of the pilot areas to provide the services of medical care and nursing for the elderly people,has successful experience in the construction of new type of system of elderly care service.But some matters also presented during the practice.Based on the actual conditions of the elderly care services in Qingshan Lake district,it is found that during the participation in pension,the pattern of Qingshan Lake district,"one center,multi-platform nursing home,full coverage of nursing services",revealed series of problems such as the non-normative management,the shortage of talent resource,unprofessional services and so on.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward valuable suggestions of how to improve the system of elderly care service,and tries to make contributions to promote the high-quality development of the industry of the elderly care services in China.
