A Study On The Participation Of Non-profit Organizations In The Supply Of Urban Public Services In China

Forty years of reform and opening-up,China's economic,social,political,and cultural field obtained the unprecedented change and development,under the influence of global governance,diversification of China's public management is to the direction,the relationship between the government,market and social main body is along with the social changes and development of the new state.In the process of social progress and urban development,the major social contradictions in our country are mainly reflected in the contradiction between the growing needs of the people for urban public services and the unbalanced and inadequate supply of public services.Although in recent years,various regions have increased financial investment in public services and carried out a lot of reforms,the supply of urban public services still cannot meet people's demand.In the field of public service,social forces are becoming one of the main bodies of public service supply.After years of development,non-profit organizations in social forces will play an important role in the field of urban public service with their unique advantages.This article mainly to ask questions-analysis problem-the research train of thought to solve the problem,from the urban public services and the related concepts of nonprofit organization,and from the aspects of theory and actual case analysis of nonprofit organization to participate in the urban public service: in the aspect of theory,the article combed the foreign and domestic scholars about the public service,urban public services,non-profit organizations related concepts and theories,and combining the situation of our country has made the basic definition,and with the aid of public governance theory,new public service theory and the theory of government failure and market failure theory,tools,make the thesis more standardized,more theoretical depth;Practices,in a lot of literatures,books,statistics and reports of basis,this article combed the Chinese non-profit organizations in recent years,the development of non-profit organizations in the field of China's main classification and activities,and in recent years,the main condition of the non-profit organizations to participate in the provision of public services in China,analyzed the typical cases of several non-profit organizations provide urban public service,with some real communication,head of the nonprofit organization,learned some non-profit organizations to the city in reality development,providing public services of obstacles and difficulties.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the background of the topic,literature review at home and abroad and the research ideas of the paper.The second part includes the definition of core concepts and the combing of theoretical tools.The third part mainly summarizes the development status and main activity fields of China's non-profitorganizations,the current situation of China's urban public service supply and the situation of non-profit organizations providing urban public services.The fourth part focuses on the typical cases of non-profit organizations providing urban public services,and analyzes and studies the difficulties and challenges faced by non-profit organizations in the supply of public services in China from the perspectives of non-profit organizations and local governments.Finally the fifth part is the city in this paper,the non-profit organizations to participate in public service supply in how to overcome and solve problems put forward some thinking,mainly from the non-profit public service ability of self-improvement,the concept of the transformation of the government departments,actively develop participation channel,the promotion of registration system,and improve the supervision and management system such as Angle proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion.
