analyzed,and then under the guidance of relevant theories,with the first-hand in dalian as a case,emphasizes on the illegal construction status and management status.On this basis,summed up in illegal building management,the problems existing in the urban management enforcement.Through,according to a study in the illegal construction management,urban management enforcement problems mainly is the
