| China is a multi-ethnic country with 56 ethnic groups,and the historical exchanges have formed a "big co-living,small settlement" of the ethnic distribution pattern.The creation of ethnic unity and progress of the scattered ethnic groups is of great significance to the ethnic work of our country and to the common unity,progress and common prosperity and development of all ethnic groups.The Communist Party of China has always adhered to ethnic equality and unity as the general policy of ethnic policy,Comrade Xi Jinping at the National Congress for the Recognition of Ethnic Unity and Progress on September 27,2019:"70 years of achievements are worthy of pride,and 70 years of experience must be borne in mind."We insist on accurately grasping the basic national conditions of our unified multi-ethnic country,and regard the maintenance of national unity and ethnic unity as the highest interests of all ethnic groups;insist on promoting exchanges and integration among all ethnic groups,and constantly cast the sense of the Chinese nation community;Insist on using the law to guarantee ethnic unity.Henan Province is a typical ethnic minority scattered province,but also China's largest ethnic minority scattered areas,the province's 56 ethnic components are complete,Henan Province's Hui population is ranked in Ningxia,Gansu Province,the third largest Hui population province.Chengguan town of Hui at Huaiyang country of Henan province is a typical minority scattered Hui town,taking this town as an example to study the creation of ethnic unity and progress is more typical and representative.It is of some reference significance to help the creation of ethnic unity and progress of ethnic minority townships in scattered areas of our country,and it is also a useful exploration for the cause of the creation of ethnic unity and progress in our country.This paper is divided into six parts,respectively,by the introduction and four chapters and conclusions,the main content is as follows:The first part is the introduction.This part expounds the background and significance of the selected topic of this paper,summarizes the research status and summary of relevant issues at home and abroad,and introduces the main content and research methods,innovation points and shortcomings of this paper.The main body of the thesis is divided into four chapters:the first chapter is the relevant concepts and theories,mainly ethnic equality,national unity,ethnic unity and progress creation,as well as related theories including ethnic development of ethnic relations and ethnic townships of ethnic unity and progress creation.The second chapter of the thesis mainly introduces the general situation created by the ethnic unity and progress of Chengguan town of Hui at Huaiyang country of Henan province.This includes the concrete practice of the creation of ethnic unity and progress in Chengguan town of Hui,as well as the local characteristics of the town's work on the creation of ethnic unity and progress.The third chapter of the thesis summarizes the experience of the concrete practices created by the ethnic unity and progress of Chengguan town of Hui,and thus gets some enlightenment to carry out the creation work.The fourth chapter of the thesis,through field research and study,the creation of ethnic unity and progress in the Chengguan town of Hui to reflect on the plight faced in the process of the creation of ethnic unity and progress,and combined with the actual situation on the ground,try to give countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to the town's ethnic unity and progress to create some help.The last part of the thesis is the conclusion,the paper summarizes this paper,hoping that through the study of the ethnic unity and progress of the Chengguan town of Hui,it can promote the local ethnic unity and progress to a deeper level,and hope to provide a useful reference for the creation of ethnic unity and progress in the scattered areas to a certain extent. |
