General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the eighteen session of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee that along with the development of mobile Internet,social governance mode is changing from one-way management to two-way interaction,from offline communication to online and offline convergence and communication,from government supervision to focusing on social collaborative governance.Therefore,under the birth of network technology and new media environment,Short Government Affair video has gradually become a new starting point for government agencies to innovate government forms.Tiktok has been stationed since 2018,innovating the way of government information dissemination and government image building.The tiktok is a new platform for government agencies to carry out work after websites,WeChat and micro-blog.China tiktok,the first central Government Affair Tiktok sound to enter the Tiktok,has been in force for more than two years since its tiktok in November 1,2018.China's Fire and Rescue has released 1455 works,and has received more than 250 million praise and fans 654.5w.The Tiktok is called the Internet Celebrity number in 2019,and is the third central government governor's impact list in 2019.The passage is divided into three parts.The first part uses the content analysis method to analyze the 302 sample content data of "China's Fire and Rescue " released in November 31st November 1,2018-2020.It mainly strengthens the positive image propaganda of firefighters through typological narratives,and closely approaches the platform characteristics of Short Government Affair video,and the content production sources are mostly concentrated on other Government Affair Tiktok accounts.Original works are used as auxiliary content production;the content production mode is mostly matrix communication to improve its account layout;the content communication channels are mainly information cluster linkage mode and account matrix linkage mode.By summarizing Short Government Affair video transmission characteristics,we find that the Government Affair Tiktok has the problems of poor visual presentation,lack of humanistic care,lack of originality,single discourse mode,controversial copyright and lack of timely feedback.Tiktok accounts for China's Fire and Rescue are urgently needed to improve the content production strategy based on existing problems.On the one hand,in the form of expression,we should improve the details of content creation and enhance the visual experience of content.On the other hand,in the content creation,we should be people-oriented and guide the creators to stick to their professional ethics.On the other hand,in the content production,we should integrate all kinds of information and creative resources to provide resource guarantee for the creation and production of original content.At the same time,we should replace the grand narrative with a people-friendly perspective,Finally,in terms of operation,we should speed up the training of professional talents,and solve the copyright and feedback problems in operation and creation in time.
