An Evaluation Study On The Construction Of Ganbao Tibetan Village Characteristic Villages From The Perspective Of The Community Of The Chinese Nation

The construction of villages with ethnic minority characteristics is an important part of China's ethnic work.The Party and the state attach great importance to the construction of villages with ethnic minority characteristics.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the importance of strengthening the sense of a community for the Chinese nation as the main line to do all the work well at the National Ethnic Unity and Progress Commendation Conference held in 2019.Therefore,in the new era,we should always grasp the main line with a strong sense of a community for the Chinese nation and guide the construction of ethnic minority villages with the theory of a community for the Chinese nation.Ganbao Tibetan Village is a typical rgyalrong Tibetan populated village.After years of characteristic village construction,it has achieved a great many results,which have blazed a path of characteristic construction.But in order to realize the innovation of characteristic village construction,we should put the theory of a community for the Chinese nation as a guid and grasp the main line with a strong sense of a community foe the Chinese nation.Based on the review of domestic and foreign literature on the construction of villages with ethnic minority characteristics and the literature on the thought of a community for the Chinese nation,this paper explains the theory of a community for the Chinese nation and the policy of villages with ethnic minority characteristics,analyses the internal logical relationship between the theory of a community for the Chinese nation and the construction of villages with ethnic minority characteristics,and sets up an evaluation index system of ethnic minority village construction under the horizon of a community for the Chinese nation,which is used for evaluating the construction of Ganbao Tibetan Village.We need to analyse the achievements and deficiency on the construction of Ganbao Tibetan Village according to this evaluation result,and to put forward the prospects of Tibetan village constructin based on this,to provide experience and reference for the construction of other villages with ethnic minority characteristics.The first chapter introduces the theory of a community for the Chinese nation and the policy of villages with ethnic minority characteristics,and expounds the commonalities on the community of politics,econimy culture and society between the theory of a community for the Chinese nation and the construction of villages with ethnic minority characteristics.The second chapter introduces the basic situation of Ganbao Tibetan Village and the current situation of the construction of characteristic villages.The third chapter constructs the evaluation index system of construction of villages with ethnic minority characteristics from the perspective of a community for the Chinese nation according to the logical coincidence point between the theory of a community for the Chinese nation and the construction of villages with ethnic minority characteristics,and evaluates the construction of Ganbao Tibetan Village.Based on analysis,there are four achievements,in political dimension:deepening national identity;in cultural dimension:constructiong common spiritual home for all ethic groups;in economic dimension:creating a model of economic development featuring internal and external circulation;in social dimension:promoting inter-ethnic communication and national unity and mutual assistance,and three problems:lack of coeordination between government leading and villagers participation,lack of resonance of the protection and development of excellent Rgyalrong culture and Chinese culture,lack of fit on village characteristic economy construction and the regional economic integration development.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the prospect of the characteristic construction of Ganbao Tibetan Village,and introduces the experience that Ganbao Tibetan Village should draw to make up for the shortcomings of the characteristic construction in Ganbao Tibetan Village and introduces the enlightment of this village.
