In this case, J village as an ordinary village community, for the village itself to the urgent needs of all types of public goods, and actively carry out practical governance of public building in the village elite-led forces and other endogenous and continuous conduct the charity carried out the construction of institutional creation of local conditions, have formed a self-management and operation of the village Health Organization, and the new type of village authority has been established and consolidated. On this basis, including the villages of natural resources, human resources and external capital and government support, and other resources have been gradually integrated into the general construction of the village in the past, led to the accumulation of the village benign material and social capital, thus further consolidating village construction both the results and the village community stability, and lay a solid foundation for the subsequent development.Through the analysis of J Village in this case, the paper presents the era of western village taxes to local conditions to achieve development, we must focus on endogenous village community, village full autonomy as an organic whole, with the actual needs of the village to carry out village building and governance, so as to realize the healthy functioning of the New Era village governance. |
