In the context of "people-oriented" urbanization,continuously improving the urban life quality of the agricultural migrant population and ensuring that the agricultural migrant population share the fruits of social development are important manifestations of high-quality "new urbanization".As the main force of urban construction,the agricultural migrant population should enjoy the same rights as urban residents in terms of social welfare.Therefore,studying and measuring the social welfare gain of the agricultural migrant population is a matter of current concern.Investigating the current status of the social welfare of the agricultural migrant population and studying its influencing factors will not only help increase the enthusiasm of the agricultural migrant population to live and work in the city,but also help accelerate the process of urbanization of the agricultural migrant population.On the basis of combing the related literature on social welfare gains,based on 921 survey data of Guizhou Province field investigation,combining social equity theory,push-pull theory and need theory,using descriptive statistics and cross-continuation table methods to analyze Guizhou Province's agriculture The current status of the social welfare gains of the migrant population.It is found that the social welfare gains of the agricultural migrant population in Guizhou Province are not high,with a score of only 58.52,which has not yet reached the passing score,and there is still much room for growth.Among the six dimensions of measuring social welfare gain,the highest score is public welfare gain with a score of 65.09;the lowest score is housing welfare gain with a score of 52.76.Using multiple linear regression methods,social welfare gains as the dependent variable,and the four aspects of the agricultural transfer population's personal characteristics,job security,economic conditions,and social interactions are included as independent variables to analyze and find:social security participation,income stability,participation The five variables of community management rights,participation in local activities,and self-identification are statistically significant positive influence factors on social welfare gains,while personal monthly income,education level and social welfare gains are negatively correlated.In addition,the discriminatory attitude of the local people will significantly damage the social welfare of the agricultural migrant population.Through in-depth analysis of influencing factors,it is found that the social welfare of the agricultural migrant population has the following problems: the short-sighted thinking of the agricultural migrant population and the pursuit of profits by enterprises,the low participation rate of social insurance;the lack of employment skills,narrow employment channels,and unstable income;society The communication situation is poor and the sense of self-identity is low;the dual constraints of work and household registration make it difficult to apply for housing benefits.In view of the problems in the social welfare of the agricultural transfer population,the following solutions are proposed: publicize social security knowledge,crack down on illegal enterprises,and safeguard social security rights;build employment service platforms,improve skills,and broaden employment channels;strengthen interpersonal communication and enhance self-identity;Establish a multi-level housing security system to solve housing dilemmas.
