Study On The Restricting Factors And Countermeasures Of The Agricultural Transfer Population

Under the background of urban-rural integration,it becomes an important topic that how to make the rural transfers have the same life and enjoy the same welfare as urban residents do as the development of China ' s economic development.It's also related to development of Socialist Harmonious Society and aims achievement on building moderately prosperous society in China.As a big and significant province in western China and transferring agricultural people,the number of rural transferring population in Guangxi Province has grown continually,but number of migrant workers' population has decreased year by year.Under the background of New-type Urbanization in China,promoting agricultural transferring population urbanization nearby has a great significance.This paper firstly uses Literature Research Method to comb the existing theories and literatures in the domestic and overseas about agricultural transferring population urbanization nearby,and to understand the relevant researches in this academic field and to analysis and compare the situation of agricultural transfer population in Guangxi and all the country.On this basis,Questionnaire Method is used here.In order to show the real truth by data,sample survey has been chosen in the paper,I extracted 3 towns in 2 counties randomly,then extracted 5 villages in these 3 towns randomly,at last extracted 10 families in each of these villages to make my survey.About 243 questionnaires have been returned and the average recovery is 81%,the number of valid questionnaires is 240 and the valid average is 98%.I collected the data by questionnaires of the situation and admitting ability on agricultural transferring population urbanization nearby in Guangxi,sorted and analyzed them.By analyzing the elements of restricting agricultural transferring population urbanization nearby with the help of Empirical Analysis Method and the Method of Combining Quantitative Analysis with Qualitative Analysis,I found out about 5 elements—the element of personal intentions,the element of transferring the cost,the element of he Urban Load Capacity,the constraints existed in the procedure of transferring and in system.The relevant countermeasures and suggestions are came forward in this paper under these elements.
