Study On Optimization Strategy Of Community Party Building Under The Jurisdiction Of New Ear Enterprises

With the deepening of reform and opening up,under the impetus of market economy mode,the social structure has undergone tremendous changes.The new period under the new situation,Party building work has some new features,especially of the party since the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,"has become a hot topic in the vocabulary of social governance","to promote social governance capacity modernization" has become an important task of government work in the future.From the standpoint of Marx’s doctrine,the first chapter mainly expounds and combs the related concepts of Party building in community and community.In the second chapter,from the key concept of governance,the contents and characteristics of social governance are elaborated and compared with the concept of social management.The third chapter takes the second chapter,taking the perspective of social governance as the breakthrough point,explores the working mechanism of community party building in large state-owned factories and mines,and enumerates the existing problems and difficulties.The last chapter carries on the last chapter,and puts forward some ideas and suggestions on strengthening and promoting party building work in the community of large state-owned factories and mines.
