Children with physical disabilities are affected by their physical functions and restricted by their movements,the overall level of social interaction of physically disabled children is low,showing the characteristics of low initiative,singleness,negative attitude and narrow scope,which hinder their social integration and healthy growth and development.The lack of social communication ability is an important factor leading to the low social level of physically disabled children.This paper uses the advantage perspective theory to stimulate the internal potential of service objects,explore their external favorable resources,and help them improve their social communication ability based on their own advantages and resources.The advantage perspective theory does not ignore the existence of the problem,but fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of the service object,guide the service object to shift the focus from the problem,which has a vital role for physically disabled children to overcome inferiority,enhance self-confidence,and actively socialize.Through interviews,field observation and other survey methods,this study analyzes the current situation of social communication ability of physically disabled children,and finds that there are some problems,such as self cognitive bias,poor emotional control,low communication ability and so on.In order to solve the problems in the social communication ability of children with physical disabilities,the author uses the casework method to select service objects,with the advantage perspective theory as the core,analyzes the advantages of the service objects from the perspectives of individuals,families,communities,and formulates service plans.Intervene in services to improve the client's social communication capabilities:First,to obtain trust and establish good professional relationship.The advantage perspective emphasizes equal cooperation with the client,resolves the client ' s negative psychology,and cultivates self-confidence;The second is to explore the advantages,guide communication and dredge the heart.The advantage perspective recognizes the existence of problems,but it is more important to explore the advantages and resources of service objects,improve their resilience,and enable them to deal with social problems independently;Third,the service object enriches the social interaction circle through the advantage display,and strengthens its awareness of paying attention to its own advantages and resources;Fourth,connect community resources to build social support system for service objects;The fifth is to play family role and learn how to manage emotions;the sixth is to build family support network and consolidate service achievements.At the same time,the construction of family support network also helps to create a good growth environment for the service object,making the family become the strongest backing for the service object to improve the social communication ability.Through the research on the social communication ability of physically disabled children,this paper aims to increase the attention to this kind of marginal groups,and take the advantage perspective as the breakthrough point,which is not only the attention to the advantages of physically disabled children,but also a kind of respect for them,so as to shorten the distance between physically disabled children and social workers,at the same time,help them maintain a positive and optimistic attitude,and constantly promote the development of disabled children from the advantage perspective The development of localization of human social work.
